PPIU is one of the outstanding private Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) in Cambodia. It was established in 2002 with clear updated vision “to provide quality education based on national and international standards focusing on digital education and research”. Currently, PPIU has four faculties, namely Faculty of Business and Tourism (FBT), Faculty of Law and Economics (FLE), Faculty of Science and Information Technology (FSIT), and Faculty of Educational Science (FES), and the Post-Graduate School (PGS). Internationalization of education is one among the key indicators set in PPIU’s five years strategic plan (2020-2025).

About the IRO services:

• To represent PPIU in its overseas relations;
• To promote Internationalization of Education at PPIU through different activities and programs, and in collaboration with PPIU concerned faculties and departments/offices; 
• To build, maintain and increase PPIU’s partnership with local and international universities/institutions affiliated with Higher Education (HE), especially those of ASEAN and EU;
• To organize incoming and outgoing visits linked to the development and maintenance of international partnerships;
• Incoming (inbound) and outgoing (outbound) students: in collaboration with Student Counseling and Information Center (SCIC) and other faculties / departments/offices:
• To facilitate the arrival of new international students;
• To serve as one member in the selection committee for outgoing students, offer orientation as required;
• To interface with embassies and consulates of various countries especially for organizing various HE forums;
• To contribute to promote PPIU brand, notably at international arena; and 
• To manage the International Relations Office.
